莫斯科国际关系学院位于莫斯科，隶属于俄罗斯外交部，是俄罗斯外交官和经济、国际法和能源等领域专家的摇篮。该校与我校有二十余年的友好交流历史。两校领导多次互访，双方互派教师、学生、互相推荐毕业生攻读学位，合作研究稳步推进。
该校组织的暑期班每年共四期，可任意参加其中一期。建议我校学生参加第四期。时间为：7月16日-8月3日。

MGIMO International Summer School provides foreign students with courses which concentrate on Russian culture and arts, contemporary Russian politics, institutions and processes as well as on international energy policy. Participants will also have a unique opportunity to learn and practice the Russian language or to upgrade their knowledge.
